…more than you can handle???
One of my favorite bloggers - Mindy - had a post a few days back sortof related to this platitude. It got me thinking that I used to us this phrase too often and in the wrong context. Or at the very least - when it was appropriate, I never explained it very well.
I’ll let you check out her take on it because she explains it way better. The only thing I might re-iterate is that I believe it’s not God that gives us all the tough times. We do that to one another.
As Min says - it’s God that comforts and guides us out of the darkness (think Footprints poem here).
