I don\\\’t really like tag lines much, so I\\\’m not using one. This is to show how wordpress cannot intepret apostrophes.

Back in the game

Don’t have much time to write now, but things are in order and we’ve been submitted back to PGN as of Monday the 3rd.

You might ask - what now?

We wait - for somewhere around 6-8 weeks, then they will (the better!!!) approve the file.  Then about a month worth of post PGN steps take place leading to the US Embassy issuing a Visa and us going to get Carmen.  So, we’re looking at 2.5-3 months to go - not that far off considering Christmas, New Years, and a potential January business trip are thrown in the mix.  It’s possible that Christmas will slow things down a bit for PGN to do their thing, but there’s no way to know for sure.  It’s also possible PGN could issue another objection and request additional info.  It’s also possible they will speed things up in an effort to clear the work load.

We’re not anticipating anything in particular, so we’re preparing for a range of possibilities for when we bring CJ home.  If you’re looking for a projection on final timing then I suppose we can say mid Feb to early March.

For now though, we’re glad to be back in the system!

  1. Feb/March…a good time to travel! Praying that PGN goes speedily and with no further objections!

Hugs to you and your better half…

  2. Okay - so you pray to get in to PGN and then pray not to get kicked out of PGN, then when you are kicked out of PGN you pray to get put back into PGN. Now that you are back in to PGN, we pray that you get out of PGN (the good kind of out).

Hope that helps clarify how the system works. (LOL)

    Tic toc my friend….tic toc

All I can say is -YOU BETTER START GETTING THE ROOM DONE AND HOUSE BABY PROOFED !
