Not much time to give you all the details about our day. Let’s just say although frantic and not quite within the expected plan, we have CJ, we love CJ, and she’s finally setting down and asleep. It’s absolutely amazing. Her face looks exactly the same as back in August, but she’s 10 lbs bigger!!!
We had a bit to eat, a bath, quite a bit of serious crying, and a calm cool and collected mommy to help us through it. Don’t mind the slobbery face 
- she really did have some rough times. But, gave us a few smiles as well.
Here she is after having a 45 minute cry, she took a 2 hour nap.
And after with Daddy, getting ready to grab some grub, which she did pretty well with considering all the stress today. Her hair is just bonkers!
One more just a few minutes ago. On my way back upstairs. Please continue to pray for us, Carmen definitely misses her foster mommy, so this will take some time.
All in all - we are now 3, and couldn’t be happier!

Awwww sweet baby!!!! You are actually THERE with her. Zoe had a horrible time the first few days. It’s par for the course as I am sure you know. I think it’s great that she is just letting it all out. That is far better than her shutting herself down completely I think. At least you know she is grieving and can comfort her. She is absolutely gorgeous. I just love that hair. Angel
She is a doll! Hope today went well. Can’t wait to hear more.
Wonderful pictures, you guys! I know this can be a stressful time, even though it is a joyful time. Nadia’s loss of everything she had ever known was very painful for us as well as her. But every day you will make strides and form bonds that will only get stronger. I can tell you are both doing a wonderful job taking care of CJ and each other. My thoughts are with you at all times. Lots of love from Becky and Todd and Nadia too!
