I kindof cut short last night’s post because I was running out of battery power and left my cord at work. Here are a few more shots of the girls.
This is just a plain old great shot!

CJ uses her fork quite well these days.

She kept doing this because it made all of us crack up.

We have an maple tree that reaches almost to the deck - which makes for some good birdwatching. In almost 10 years at the house - this is the first blue-bird we’ve seen. Someone gave us a bluebird house back then, but it’s only been used by chickadees, mockingbirds, and some other vermin. Not this year!

Sock removal skills - a right of passage for all children.

CJ - the piano teacher - they really do get along most of the time without issue. Last night Carmen was having a little trouble as she tried to monopolize a couple of toys, but eventually got past it. Neither slept well the night before and were a little grumpy. Still - I’m glad they interact so well and that Carmen talks endearingly of Bebe and Bebe follows Carmen around. I was worried there would be mere “acceptance” rather than embracing.
